No Refund

All payments made to CRID Marketing, including onboarding fees or service-related charges, are non-refundable.

Reason

The onboarding fee covers initial work such as business review, strategy planning, account/campaign setup guidance, communication and launch preparation. Once the process starts, the fee cannot be refunded.

Ad Spend

Advertising budget is paid to ad platforms and is controlled by the client or the platform. CRID Marketing is not responsible for refunding ad spend paid to third-party platforms.
