1. Digital Product Policy (No Returns)
Because our products are digital files delivered via download or email, they cannot be “returned” like physical goods. Therefore, all sales are final. Once you have purchased a product and the download link is generated or sent to you, the sale is considered complete.
2. No Refund Policy
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges for any digital product purchased on cridmarketing.com.
- We do not offer refunds for “accidental” purchases.
- We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after downloading the file.
- We do not offer refunds if you do not have the compatible software to open the file (e.g., PDF reader).
3. Exceptions (If Applicable)
We only consider refund requests under the following extreme circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical glitch, we will refund the duplicate amount after verification.
- Technical Failure: If the digital file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement link within 7 days of your complaint.
